Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the billing date. Contact billing@ecommdb.com for refund requests.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
API access is subject to the rate limits specified in your subscription plan. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling. You may not cache, store, or redistribute raw API responses beyond your permitted internal use.
The ecommdb.com platform, including its design, software, compiled datasets, and documentation, is owned by ecommdb.com and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription term.
You retain all rights to content you create using our data (e.g., reports, analyses, outreach sequences) provided such use complies with these Terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
Data is aggregated from publicly available sources and may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for validating data before making business decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOMMDB.COM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ecommdb.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the data, or engage in activity that harms other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
