Does removing my data affect my Amazon listings? +

No. ecommdb.com is an independent intelligence platform. Removing your data from our database has no effect on your Amazon seller account, product listings, or marketplace presence. We only remove your data from our own system.

How long does removal take? +

We process all verified requests within 10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the removal is complete. In some cases we may need to contact you to verify the request.

Will my data be re-added after removal? +

We maintain a suppression list to ensure removed records are not re-ingested during future data updates. If your data is re-added due to a system error, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

What if my information is inaccurate? +

Select "Data Correction" as your request type and describe the accurate information. We will update your record in our database. Corrections are typically processed faster than removals.

Does opt-out apply to data already purchased by customers? +

We will remove your data from all future exports and active databases immediately. For data already licensed to our customers prior to your opt-out, we will notify them of the removal; however, we cannot retroactively delete data already processed under a valid business transaction.

Is this process GDPR compliant? +
